Rick Gonzalez leads our Music Ministry at Unity Baptish Church.  He has been a Music Minister since 1986 and is a music teacher at Matt Arthur Elementary.  He also teaches voice and piano at the Conservatory of Music at Second Baptist Church. 

Unity Baptist understands the Biblical commands to worship and proclaim our Christian faith through music.  We offer persons of all ages opportunities to sing their faith and to learn how better to praise the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  

Worship

Worshippers gather Sunday and Wednesday to lift our congregational voice in praise to God.

Our Sunday Morning Worship at 10:30 a.m. incorporates a variety of music from contemporary Christian music to time-honored hymns. Our sanctuary is a wonderfully resonant room that encourages strong congregational singing.

Choirs  

The Unity Celebration Choir provides special music and performs special programs throughout the year. Anyone from 16 and above is welcome to join in lifting our voices to God.  

There is no audition required for choir. We want everyone to have an opportunity to excercise their gifts to God in music.
